The building’s area is 700m² and the property area is 3000 m². All the large-sized existing oak trees are preserved, and the building is pursuant to the natural topography of the site.
The project consist of two buildings – residential and storehouse.
The residential building is located in the east side of the property. It has two floors:
On the first floor are the main premises of the owner and the master bedroom. On the second floor are the guest room and two small apartments for the children.
The storehouse is located in the west side of the property and has also two floors. On the first floor are the storage and technical support rooms, on the second – garage for 3 cars and service room. The two buildings are connected with pergola.
The main pedestrian entry is in the north side of the building.
The facades are coated with suspended, ceramic, breathing panels with raster, pursuant with the different compositional elements of the building.
