The main goal of the team is to create urban environment with contemporary interpretations of different architectural genres, with minimum corrections in the existing and approved site plan.
The project is based on three main areas – Central square, Seaside square and Church square.
Around the Central square are situated the main trade, hotel and administrative entities. North from the Central square is located logistic centre, including sea port, bus station, taxi center and bicycle rentals.
The Central square and the Seaside square are connected through shopping street. It’s eastern building front consists of long building structures with caesuras in between, where the sea view can be seen.
The Church square is situated on the highest point of the site. It has also direct connection to the Central square.
The road lane is doubled with green areas, which contributes to the plurality of the large-dimensional vegetation. This solution also redounds the micro-climate conditions, such as sun shading, aeration and prevention from dust and noise in the residential areas.
